long piak part 2

ok... after the questionaire session, lets talk bout the nature of job.

basically, the reason they setup a call center here is because they want to shut down their cost center at US and Holland.

Means malaysia will support the whole world. In short, means need to work on 24x7 shift work.

For start, they will hire 7 ppl. Then, this fantastic 7 will goto US for training (bonded).
When they come back, they will hire another 13 ppl to support. so is 20 ppl support worldwide. siao huh...

When i heard is a 24x7 jobs, sorry lo... i dun want oledi. Somemore you need to be standby on sat and sun. they will give u a pager, and if neccassary, you have to be onsite or comeback to work when u off.

He didn't talk bout benefits but since is a US based company, i guess the benefits also won't bad la...

Before i left, he ask me 2 question.

cibai: Tell me why you wanna leave BOSCH
bento: Ok... Frankly speaking, i found BOSCH is good. Then i got this JD from xxx and i feel like wanna trying.
cibai: Ok... tell me why you found that you are suitable for this job...
bento: Well... i don't think i suitable for this job.

At the end, i learn something and earn something also...

What i learned...
I learned that i need to polish up my skills even harder.
