Received a letter from developer stating that my house is ready and now waiting for bank to clear the payment.
Last friday, finally get the joint inspection letter.
Yesterday, going to my new home to do joint inspection with developer.

how come owner like gain weight already?
yawoh..the photo of the owner bending to open front gate, looks very fat and like old uncle woh..
that one is shirt problem.
