Confirmed!!!

After 2 1/2 months i join this company, finally i get a chance for appraisal oledi.
Still got much space for improvement and i've just get my confimation letter last friday.

Not much feelings i can say... The increment also not that high as i expected. Only 7%. But since the Union is still negotiating with the management, i guess i only can get my increment after 6 months and my boss told me not to worry on this issue as the increment is count from january.

So by june, i'll get my increment one shot...
