For the first time in 2 years ++
I have the feeling to leave...

Too much of empty promises
Too much of stress
Too long of the transition period

and much more reasons that encourage me to find new home.

It not just me alone having this felings... there are much more people having the same feeling with me.

But i'll need to wait for year end bonus + increament

Have to start update CV liao... it's been 2 years ++ since the last update...
